When placing an order with us by telephone, email and through the website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that govern the use of the site and the terms upon which we agree to deliver to you.
Deliveries will be carried out as indicated on the Deliveries Page.
Pick-ups can be collected from our shop in Hamrun from Monday to Friday between 8.00am till 12.30pm and from 2.30pm till 7.00pm.

Payments are affected through the website’s payment facility or as indicated below:
- Cash on Delivery – Pay using cash or cheques when we get your delivery at your door.
- Online Payment via Credit/Debit Cards – This requires entering your card information within our payment page to be able to process the order. BOV Cash Link Card, HSBC Quick Cash Card, APS Premier Card, VISA Cards, MasterCard Cards and Revolut are all accepted. Payments via Credit Cards are made through a highly secure payment gateway approved by the local banks
- Orders made through the phone payment agreements can be discussed and decided directly.
The prices quoted on C&M Borg’s Portal are resale prices and the quality of the products is guaranteed. The prices and offers on the website do not necessarily reflect the prices in our shops. The pricing of the website is occasionally independent of that of the shops.
Your order will arrive with an invoice that will list all of the items you have received and were billed for. Check your order and please call us if something is not to your satisfaction. We will do everything reasonable to ensure your approval. All quoted prices are VAT inclusive.
Deliveries are made on weekly basis to all parts of Malta and Gozo. Care is taken to ensure that all our products arrive to the customer fresh and in good condition. You can modify an existing order at any time up until the order leaves the store by calling our us on (+356) 21231029. We reserve the right to change the cost of deliveries and/or our delivery fees at any time.
Customers will be entitled to return any products that fail to meet specifications desired. The buyer has 7 days in which to notify C&M Borg of their request to their claim, starting the day after the goods have been received. Weighed Items are not eligible for returns. These include Coffees, Herbs and Spices and Perishable or custom-made food. Please check the merchant’s terms and conditions before making a purchase to avoid disappointment.
You are courtesy advised not disclose or share your password since you are solely responsible for all actives and orders made under such password.

The Terms and Conditions govern all transactions with C&M Borg through the use of the Site. Should you disagree with the new Terms and Conditions please discontinue immediately the use of the Site. C&M Borg reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all of the services provided by C&M Borg should it result that the account has been incorrectly used. Customers have the right to request blocking or removal of data which has been processed unlawfully. The customer’s legal rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions and may request removal of their account by sending an email addressed to [email protected]
